Aida Whooley has been a resource worker with Music Generation Cork City since 2013, and has worked in a range of roles in youth music, arts, community and education throughout her career (including as an event manager, musician-educator, workshop facilitator, special needs assistant, resource teacher, after-school club activities coordinator and more). She loves working with children and young people, and is passionate about all aspects of inclusion in the arts and education.

She has a B.A. degree (Mathematical Studies & Music) from UCC (2007) and an M.Phil. masters in Music & Media Technologies from Trinity College Dublin (2010), as well as certificates in Reflective Practice (SHEP, 2024) Social Awareness & Community Empowerment (SHEP, 2017) and Substance Use Issues in Youth & Community Work (Cork College of Commerce/FET, 2018).
