Claire (she/her) is an arts manager, musician and creative producer, based in Cork City. After completing an MA in Music, Culture and Politics (Cardiff University/Prifysgol Caerdydd), Claire worked with Crash Ensemble for four years, managing tours to the U.S. and throughout Europe and delivering over 40 productions and concerts in that time. She has worked as a piano teacher, accompanist for Music Matters Inclusive Community Choirs, Musician Educator for Early Years music at Cork Migrant Centre, Cork Life Centre and has led music workshops in various branches of Cork City Libraries.

Claire has a specialist interest in theatre, having worked with Dublin Theatre Festival, Project Arts Centre and coordinating the digitisation of Irish Theatre Magazine’s print archive and web archive www.itmarchive.ie She was Manager of Clonmel Junction Festival and press officer for Edinburgh Fringe Festival at the Traverse Theatre.

Claire is passionate about music performance education and providing access to arts for everyone and sits on the steering group of Arts for All in Cork City, an alliance of individuals, groups and organisations who are committed to diversity and inclusion.
