Gurranabraher/Churchfield UBU Youth Project (aka: The Hut Youth Project CDYS) is a not-for-profit project under CDYS Youth Work Ireland, working with young people from the Gurranabraher/Churchfield area, with a vision ‘to provide a quality, holistic, inclusive and empowering service for the well-being of all young people’.
Partnership with Music Generation Cork City
The Hut Youth Project CDYS provides the following opportunities for young people in the locality, in partnership with Music Generation Cork City:
- Weekly rock & pop and songwriting programme
- Weekly rapping, songwriting & beats workshops
- Music lessons
Events presented in partnership with The Hut Youth Project CDYS:
- Annual concerts at The Hut, Gurranabraher, and various other performances. Also participate in larger scale citywide events and festivals, run by Music Generation Cork City and more.
